4. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Billing

prompt my music offers free and premium subscription plans. Certain AI features consume credits from your account balance. Free accounts include a starter balance; premium subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period and does not roll unused credits into the next period unless we state otherwise.

Premium access is billed through Stripe and may renew automatically according to the terms presented at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and applicable taxes. You must keep your payment information current and promptly notify us of any billing issues.

Credit costs per feature, balances, and product details may be updated on the site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing for new usage. Current plans and credit costs are summarized on the Pricing page.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation requests received before the next billing date will prevent future charges, but may not result in a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

Billing management is handled through the customer portal provided by Stripe. We do not control payment methods directly and cannot access your full payment card data.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of any prompts, lyrics, ideas, or other content you create or save in your account. By submitting this content to the website, you grant prompt my music a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use it to provide the service, improve the product, and operate your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to upload, publish, or share content that infringes another party's rights, is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.
